Flossing scares many due to the apparent bleeding when it is first done. That is quite normal for you may not have proper technique which would surely develop in time. flossing
The sides and areas in between your teeth tend to be the favorite places where food and thus bacteria thrive due to the nooks and crannies present. Left untreated, they can lead to gum disease and subsequent receeding of the gums even exposing the base of the teeth making it vulnerable to cavities and gum disease.
